Here is a recipe for a lager that I am making with Belma hops and Cry Havoc yeast:
2 pounds 8.1 oz of American 2-row malt
1 pound 5.1 oz of long grain rice.
0.35 oz of Belma Hops @ 60 mins.
This was brewed on 6/29/2013. Bottle on 7/24/2013.
