The recipe:

2 pounds 9 oz of American 2-Row

1 pound 8 oz of raw pearl barley

0.3 oz of Pacific Gem @ 60 minutes

0.15 oz of Rakau @ 15 minutes

Fermented with Widmer Brothers yeast.

Brewed on April 5th and bottled on April 29th 2012.
